We’re delighted to be promoting Francois & The Atlas Mountains’ first Manchester show in three years!

Francois-Atlas-Mountains-Soup-Kitchen-Manchester

An open collective, Fránçois and The Atlas Mountains has become over the years, a four-piece band. Being the first Domino French signing, Fránçois and The Atlas Mountains spread their wings over indie pop’s vast international landscape with their first albums, E Volo Love and Piano Ombre.

The band’s gene pool of influences, goes from Afro-pop to French chanson and Yé-yé, mixed with more Anglo-phonic guitar-pop, like an aural atlas of gorgeous pop melody, zestful rhythm and lush ballads.

‘Possessing a subtle eclecticism that melds African and South Asian sounds with familiar but nonetheless rewarding indie folk and synth pop’ – The Skinny

Support comes from brand new Manchester synth-pop duo Koalas.
